Having lived in Austin on and off over the past 13 years, I have always heard raves about Blue Whale Moving whether in the Austin Chronicle or from friends from all walks of life (from students to golfing friends at Barton Creek). It is frankly hard to believe that a company is loved THAT much but I never had a need for a moving company until this past May. I now understand why everyone raves about you! From the first email from Amy, to the buyer of my house cancelling at the last minute, to my cancellation and then rebooking when the buyer came back, to the movers actually showing up I knew that you guys were something special.

I literally had to fly from London to Austin with exactly 16 hours to move out of my house from the time I landed. My mother, a friend and I stayed up all night long to get ready for the movers the next day. By the time Robert and LaJuan showed up the next morning at 10:00, we were looking pretty pathetic. They could see that we were nowhere near being ready, reassured us that they would get the job done, no matter what it took, and that they would not let us down. And they didn't. We could not believe it. Those guys were absolutely fantastic and stayed with us until it was completed. THEN they asked us if we needed anything else!

We will always use Blue Whale from now on, and I am telling everyone I know to use you, whether moving to or from Austin! I just wanted to thank you for all of your help, and I wanted you to know what an asset Robert and LaJuan were. They were cheerful, hilariously funny, worked their rear-ends off without a break, calmed us down when we got frustrated with each other (and not them), never said they were tired or that anything was too difficult or too heavy, they even RAN most of the time to get it all done in time! You just can't ask for better service
